Except where federal United States law governs a specific matter, these terms will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require applying another jurisdiction’s law. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of courts located in Alameda County, California, for disputes that cannot otherwise be resolved, subject to mandatory forums that law may provide for nonprofit organizations.
